• the employer’s benefit plan provisions
• the beneficiary designations that have been made by the employee, and
• a detailed calculation of the costs of both the company- sponsored and statutory programs that, together with direct cash compensation, make  up the Total Compensation received by each employee

to enhance the employee’s understanding of the total value of the employment relationship.
